Who We Are Looking For:



We are currently seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including month-end reporting, team management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires expertise in Quickbooks Online and a strong background in accounting.







What You'll Do:



* Oversee all financial operations, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline financial operations.





What You'll Need:



* CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification.

* Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.

* Experience working with both large and small companies.

* Quickbooks Online Certified.

* Experience in the construction or real estate industry.

* Great English Skills.

* 2+ years of experience taking a $2M+ company through month-end reporting.

* 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of 2+ accountants.

?* Total accounting experience ranging from 5 to 13 years.
