International ecommerce brand looking for an experienced Amazon VA to support the business with growth plans across the US, UK and Germany. Key activities will include: Order Processing and Inventory management using amazon seller central and supporting tools, Supporting the marketing manager with social and email marketing campaigns, Customer service, Listing updates and optimisation on Amazon. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing business that sells across 3 international marketplaces



Skills

Good written and spoken English - our main marketplaces are the UK and US

Degree qualified

2+ years experience in using Amazon seller central

Experience with shopify

Experience with TikTok shop



Order Processing and Inventory management

-Management of AGL orders on Amazon seller central

-Order processing with suppliers

-Tracking of shipments from suppliers to warehouses

-Management of inventory through Amazon and/or inventory tools (e.g. so stocked)



Social and email marketing

-Reaching out to influencers on social media (Instagram, tiktok, Facebook)

-managing email marketing campaigns

-using existing content to create email marketing content



Customer Service

-Managing messages from customers via email, amazon, shopify



Amazon listing optimisation and management

-Updating amazon listings through flat files/bulk uploads

- Ensuring listings are compliant, accurate, and up-to-date

-Identifying improvements to listings
