Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and dedicated Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads qualified for Medicare DSNP enrollment and assisting members who need to be removed from Medicare DSNP. Your goal is to educate potential members on their options, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth process for enrollments and removals.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential Medicare DSNP enrollees.
Assist members who require removal from Medicare DSNP.
Educate prospects on DSNP benefits and eligibility.
Schedule appointments for further consultation and enrollment processing.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to prospects.
Work closely with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
Skills Required:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Medicare DSNP.
Sales experience with a results-driven approach.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone.
Patience and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Preferred but Not Required:

Familiarity with Sunfire, Medicare.gov, Jarvis, Ooda, Dialpad.
Daily Workload:

Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
Follow scripts and compliance guidelines for Medicare DSNP discussions.
Track and document each call outcome.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential enrollees.
Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment targets.
Ask members about their doctor name and confirm their current medications to ensure they receive appropriate plan and coverage.
Compensation:

$6 per hour + $5 bonus per successful enrollment.
Salary is paid weekly.
