Job Responsibilities:
Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes to patient records
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
Review and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures
Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on coding practices

Qualifications:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
Minimum of 1-2 years of coding experience preferred
Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
