Key Responsibilities:



1. Prospecting: Finding potential clients or customers who may have a need for the products



or services offered by the company.



2. Lead Generation: Generating prospective customers using a variety of channels, including



marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.



3. Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and clients through



effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing value-added



solutions.



4. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to effectively



convert leads into customers, including pricing strategies, negotiation techniques, and



sales presentations.



5. Market Analysis: To uncover new business possibilities and keep up with market



developments, conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and



competition actions.



6. Partnerships and Alliances: Building solid relationships with prospects and clients through



effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering value-added solutions.



7. Customer Satisfaction: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to



maximize satisfaction.



8. Target: Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a related field.

Experience min. 1 year as sales or business development.

Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Ready to join ASAP.

Good attitude, fast learner, ambitious, extrovert and can work under pressure.

Have sharp analytical skills and critical thinking

- Must be residing within Metro Manila or willing to relocate within Metro Manila.



Job Type: Full-time



Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month



Schedule:



8 hour shift (10am-7pm PHT)

Supplemental pay types:



13th month salary
