Key Responsibilities:



1. Identifying Influencers: Research and identify influencers who have a significant following and align with the brand's values and target audience.



2. Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, fostering partnerships that benefit both the influencer and the brand.



3. Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, and campaign timelines.



4. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that influencers create content that meets the brand's objective and standards.



5. Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, measuring metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI to determine their effectiveness.



6. Staying Updated with Current Trends: Must stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in influencer marketing regulations to optimize strategies accordingly.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.

Experience min. 1 year plus experience in marketing, social media management and content creation, public relations, managing influencers or related fields.

Social Media Savvy (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter)

Marketing Skills

Relationship building

Experience in content creation is a plus

Having an extensive network of connections or influence is a plus

Good attitude, fast learner, ambitious, extrovert and can work under pressure.

Have sharp analytical skills and critical thinking
