About the Role



Benchmark 365 is looking for a reliable JR RA who can help us with the following:



Monitor partner SLAs using Halo, Smart Desk & Smart Chat.

Analyze data & identify potential issues impacting targets.

Detail-oriented & data-savvy? This admin role is for you!

And to help us ensure that the service level agreements for various Benchmark 365 partner or client are being met.



Duties and Responsibilities



Daily:



Generate and Provide input on zero-time entries.



Manage the call and ticket volume, daily attendance, and break schedules of talents.



Update Halo tickets to reflect correct time entries.



Verify and validate flagged data in SmartChat versus on the ticket.



Assist service delivery and other duties as requested or assigned.



Verify CSAT for any disputes.



Weekly:



Generate Weekly Scorecard (MWF).



Monthly:



Update the Monthly Utilization Report.



Skills and Attributes:



Ability to take initiative



Proficient in MS application (Excel, Power BI, etc.)



Flexible team player with a positive attitude



Must have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under tight timelines



Capable of managing multiple, simultaneous projects



Must be friendly and professional with a positive attitude



Organized with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change



Excellent attendance record



Able to communicate professionally - oral and written



Problem solving skills



Qualifications



Minimum 2 years' experience as a Jr RA.
