Experience:

7-10 years in B2B credit and collections.

Successful record in reducing DSO and enhancing cash flow.

Handling large account portfolios and high-value transactions.



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferably Certified Credit and Collections Manager (CCCM) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).



Technical Skills:

Proficient in advanced collections software like Oracle, SAP.

Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment.



Communication:

Excellent negotiation skills, adept at conflict resolution and securing payments.

Strong written and verbal communication.



Strategic Thinking:

Develop tailored collections strategies.

Collaborate on setting credit limits and terms with sales and finance teams.



Leadership:

Experienced in leading and mentoring collections teams.

Inspires high performance and maintains ethical standards.
