Description

As a Business Development Executive (Outsourcing), you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our outsourcing services to potential clients in the Philippines market. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of outsourcing industry trends.



Responsibilities:



Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored outsourcing solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our services and capabilities.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Solid understanding of outsourcing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
