Job Title: Real Estate ISA (recruiter experience is a plus)



Location: Remote, Logged into team channel



Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier real estate agents to our growing team.

-Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.

-Manage part of the recruitment life cycle, from initial contact through appointment setting and proper continued follow up.

-Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

-Spend 80% of workday calling and/or texting.

-Maintain and nurture relationships with leads.

-Provide daily lead follow-up and engagement.

-Meet appointment and conversion targets consistently.



Requirements:

-Recent experience with the night shift 8am-5pm central standard time (Florida Panhandle).

-Backup internet and reliable, fast computer setup.

-Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent, Recruiter or Sales Call experience, preferably in the real estate industry, but not required.

-Excellent communication, grammar and interpersonal abilities are a must.

-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems/CRM's.

-Proven track record in appointment setting.

-Strong communicator with exceptional English skills is a must.

-Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude.

-Willingness to adapt and work independently, and as part of a team in a remote environment.

-Minimum call and text requirements for each day will need to be hit.

-Camera on (sound off) for the first 90 days during work hours.
