The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and supporting the Sales Team of Yokly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist sales team members in meeting and exceeding goals.
* Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
* Meet regularly with the team to identify areas for improvement and review career path progress.
* Lead the team to mastery of the sales process, systems, and product knowledge.
* Ensure that the CRM is up to date with accurate information and opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
* Completed at least 2 years of college.
* 2-3 years of experience as a sales team leader in a solid BPO.
* 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing/sales.
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
* Organized and self-driven.
* Adept at using Google Suite and other related office tools.
* Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
* The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
