Description

The Client Relations Specialist works closely with the clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services they receive. Responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty.



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintain communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction

* Listen to clients' needs and provide solutions that meet those needs

* Document client interactions with details about the nature of the interaction and any resolutions achieved

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure that client's needs are met

* Interact with clients via phone calls, emails, web chats, or text messages to answer questions about services

* Build & strengthen client relationships



Requirements & Skills:

* With at least 2 years of experience in customer service - working with US-based clients (BPO)

* Completed at least 2 years in College

* Able to take initiative and be quick in solving problems

* Good English speaking and writing skills

* A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition

* With a stable internet connection and backup internet

* Adept in using Google Suite and other related office tools

* With experience working graveyard shifts
