I need someone part time to work on a fixed monthly fee to input transactions into Buildium for 1-2 hours each day - Monday through Friday from bank statements and credit cards.



The following is a MUST:



- Experience with Buildium - entering transactions and reconciling in Buildium

- Property Management bookkeeping - you must know where and how to categorize transactions

- Must be able to work 1-2 hours each day, Monday through Friday and enter the previous day's transactions and receipts

- Must be organized



- Experience doing bookkeeping in QBO for STR's is a plus, but not required for this position.
