Description

As an IT Sales Specialist with expertise in Managed Service Providers, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Leveraging your deep understanding of MSP solutions and industry best practices, you will identify business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and build long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric individual with a passion for technology and a track record of success in IT sales.



Responsibilities:



Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the target market, focusing on selling Managed Service Provider solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations, effectively articulating the value proposition of our MSP offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, earning their trust and confidence as a strategic IT partner.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates, leveraging CRM tools to manage sales activities and opportunities.
