What We're Looking For:



Detail-Oriented: Maintain a strong focus on details to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process.

High-Paced Experience: Thrive in a high-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations and requirements.

Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses as planned.

Quality Assurance: Possess an eye for quality, ensuring all potential hires meet our high standards of excellence.

Collaboration, Delegation & Instruction: Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear, concise instructions to the recruitment team.

Information Management: Handle 7 - 10 matching calls per week, ensuring effective communication and match-making between clients and potential hires.

Prioritization: Demonstrate excellent prioritization skills, promptly addressing the most critical tasks.

Meeting Management: Handle preliminary meetings with potential hires, assessing their suitability for the role and the agency.
