Major Function

The HR Specialist will be responsible for the productivity and attendance monitoring of team members in compliance with the Attendance and Working Policy of the company.



I. Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor team members' daily activity and create audit reports of team members' performance.

Accurately record and track the daily attendance of team members.

Updates attendance and audit trackers.

Handles recruitment activities if needed.

Assist in other HR-related activities.

Reports directly to the HR Manager.



II. Selection Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience working as an HR Officer in a remote setup.

Well experience in using a time-tracking platform, is required.

Familiarity with ATS, resume databases, and sourcing techniques

Knowledgeable in other remote communication tools is preferred.

Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

Sound judgment, high-quality orientation, and keen on detail.

Highly motivated, resilient, and self-driven with an initiative to work with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Google Workspace specifically spreadsheet.

Previous graveyard or EST work experience is REQUIRED.

Must be able to work for 8 hours daily (9AM-5PM EST); (Monday to Friday)

MUST HAVE: a) Own computer unit and backup; b) Stable postpaid or lined internet connection and backup; and c) backup power supply.
