Description

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing

exceptional customer service to clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with questions regarding their self storage unit(s), inquiries, collections, sales and supporting the facility remotely via technology while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and in-person via video.

3. Provide information on storage unit options, pricing, and rental terms.

4. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure clear communication.

7. Uphold company policies and procedures.

8. Additional support tasks as needed.

9. Collection calls and/ or email



Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic computer skills for data entry and utilizing customer management systems.

3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
