Salary: PHP 20,000 base plus 45,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. Additional performance-based bonuses available.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer motivations and leveraging them to drive sales. This role focuses on optimizing our sales team's performance and expanding our market reach.



Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Negotiate and close deals with major accounts.

Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategies.

Forecast quarterly and annual sales.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.

Keep abreast of new product launches and industry developments.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of managing successful sales teams.

Strong ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet business goals.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with sales performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
