Our prominent injury law firm in California is looking for a full-time Outreach Specialist. Would you be interested?



The Outreach Specialist reports directly to the Outreach Manager and provides outreach services to qualifying websites in order to establish a connection between our web properties and theirs. In this role, you will conduct competitive research and backlink analysis, identify new linking partners and establish relationships with web admins via email outreach. Attention to detail is necessary, as we constantly communicate with notable sources.



Responsibilities:

Identify backlink opportunities and perform necessary outreach

Reach out to bloggers and website owners and acquire guest post placements

Assign article topics to our editorial team

Ideate new content ideas based on the competitive landscape and gaps in the client's current offerings

Qualify websites for potential link opportunities

Develop and execute a strategy to acquire backlinks to impact organic search visibility positively.

Analyze and ensure a healthy backlink profile

Analyze competitor backlinks

Knowledge of Guest Posting and resource Link Building strategies

Knowledge of tools: Majestic, SEMRUSH, AHREFS, MOZ, Buzzstream

Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

Positive and flexible attitude with a strong desire for professional growth

Comfortable learning and working with various software systems

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

Ability to analyze datasets and identify key trends

Exceptional attention to detail

Organized self-starter who can work independently and execute quickly

Ability to prioritize and manage numerous clients across various industries

Strong communication skills - written and verbal
