Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. The Customer Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving to exceed their expectations with every interaction.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.

Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other designated systems.

Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management to enhance the overall customer experience.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any outstanding concerns or unresolved issues.
