We are seeking a creative and experienced email Marketing Expert to join our team. As an email Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for crafting engaging email campaigns to effectively communicate with our audience, drive engagement, and ultimately increase conversions.



Key Responsibilities:



Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for emails using Canva.

Develop and execute strategies to grow our email subscriber list.

Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and behaviors for targeted campaigns.

Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.



Requirements:



Proven experience in email marketing and proficiency with email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp.

Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools.

Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
