Calhoun Properties Group, LLC is a Property Management Company in Washington, DC Metro area. We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable contractor with expertise in U.S. Small Business insurance to conduct a comprehensive review of our current policies and recommend potential enhancements.



Job Description:



This is a short-term, one-month contract position. We require a contractor with a deep understanding of insurance options available to small businesses in the U.S.



Responsibilities:



Conduct a thorough review of our existing insurance policies (property & casualty, general liability, etc.)

Analyze our upcoming projects and identify any potential insurance coverage gaps.

Recommend additional insurance coverage options to address identified gaps and optimize our overall protection strategy.

Assist us in ensuring we meet any specific insurance requirements for upcoming projects.

Prepare a detailed report outlining:

Our current insurance policies and coverage details.

Identified coverage gaps and potential risks.

Recommendations for additional insurance coverage.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in the U.S. Small Business insurance market.

Strong understanding of various insurance policies relevant to small businesses (property & casualty, general liability, workers' compensation, etc.)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
