I'm looking for an experienced & skilled Customer Support Manager to support us in our Dropshipping Business and E-Commerce Brands.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure a high customer satisfaction rate of our businesses. Your main responsibilities include:



1. email Response: You will respond to customer inquiries via email and ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Excellent writing skills with no grammar mistakes and maintaining a friendly and professional communication style are important.



2. Communication with Suppliers: You will coordinate communication with our suppliers and ensure that orders and deliveries run smoothly. This includes monitoring delivery times, resolving issues, and maintaining a good relationships with our suppliers.



3. Conflict Resolution: You will assist in resolving conflicts between customers and suppliers. This requires understanding the situation, diplomatic skills, and the ability to find solutions that are satisfactory to all parties involved.



4. Social Media Messages: You will respond to questions on our Instagram and Facebook accounts, ensuring that our customers receive quick and professional responses. You will coordinate this field closely with our Social Media Team.



5. Customer Service: You will handle general and specific customer service tasks, such as checking order statuses, processing returns, writing SOP's and answering customer inquiries via E-Mail.



Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar position is beneficial

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to handle conflicts calmly and provide excellent customer care

- Very quick response rates to ensure a high sense of efficieny
