Role Description
The role of SEM/PPC Specialist is to ensure our clients' campaign success and closely collaborate with Account Managers to deliver excellent results to our clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video (YouTube) platforms
- Keyword Research
- Competition Analysis
- Execute strategies for lead generation and sales enhancement for local and eCommerce businesses
- Maintain and optimise campaigns to meet targeted KPIs such as Conversion Rates and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- Landing page recommendations
- Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling
- Oversee the performance of both lead-generation campaigns (Search) and brand-awareness campaigns (Display and Video), implementing effective targeting strategies
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts
- Manage multiple accounts and allocate time efficiently based on campaign needs and performance
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies to generate results for your clients
- Experience with Google Ads scripts and conver
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and conversion attribution through GA4
- Regularly report on campaign performance using advanced data visualisation tools and dashboards
- Provide strategic insights to enhance client ROI and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple -clients.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads for various business types
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads platforms
- Deep understanding of all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video
- Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Project management experience, preferably with tools like Asana & Basecamp.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with Bing Ads management
Bonus Skills
- Agency experience
- Advanced knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies
- Knowledge of additional PPC platforms Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
