Looking for a social media savvy graphic designer to create visual LinkedIn posts, edit short podcast/interview clips, and create informative infographics for our industry leaders.



Your daily responsibilities would include:



1. Read graphic briefs for content (LinkedIn carousels, infographics, videos).

2. Follow guidelines for each type of design (LinkedIn carousels, infographics, videos)

3. Ask for feedback (in relation to creative choices or designs)

4. Implement feedback (if necessary)

5. Export files and save them in the respective folder (place)



We work with founders and are responsible for creating content that represents them and their brands in the best way possible. So it's really important that our VA be:



1. A fast learner

2. Pays close attention to detail

3. Follow instructions

4. It's not afraid to ask for feedback and it's responsive

5. Be creative



1. and 5. are maybe the most important :)



In addition to having excellent English skills , you'll need to use the applications we listed below. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.



- Adobe Photoshop

- Canva

- Descript

- Premiere

- LinkedIn (social media, in general)

- WhatsApp and Slack

- Notion

- Adobe Illustrator



This is a full-time position Mondays for Fridays, 3pm to 7pm Manilla time. The other 3 hours are flexible.



Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
