Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Strong Stone Capital is seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to generate leads, negotiate contracts, manage a prospect pipeline, and close contracts in a timely and honest manner. You will be working with individuals who are collecting payments on a mortgage and negotiating to purchase the mortgage from them as an investment in our company portfolio (training provided).
The successful candidate must possess strong phone sales closing experience, be results-driven, and possess outstanding communication, promptness, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or Associate's degree in Business or higher
3 Years of BPO experience
1 Year of work experience with an American or Canadian company (Cold Calling)
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
Must be ambitious and goal-oriented
Professional in attitude and appearance
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong relationship management
Ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
Has clear NBI records
Good attendance record
Internet speed requirement (Minimum 25 Mbps) https://www.speedtest.net/
Equipment Specs (i5 or AMD equivalent with 8GB+ Ram)
Must have power and internet backup
Quality noise cancelling headset
Must have VPN
Responsibilities:
This is a 100% Inbound & Outbound (warm & cold) calling position
Must respond to all leads quickly and close them on the next step in our processes
Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities
Generate leads through various sources
Manage a pipeline of prospects
Review and organize due diligence on potential mortgages
Act as the main lead contact for sellers
Negotiate with sellers on selling their seller-financed mortgage
Overcome objections
Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
Build rapport with sellers
Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties and team members involved
Attend business meetings and training as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Other marketing task
