Job Description:

I am seeking a dedicated and proactive, professional to join my team to assist in the development and growth of my motivational speaking business. As a key member of my team, you will play a very crucial and personal role in building our brand and expanding our reach through various online platforms. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, video editing, social media management, email marketing and client prospecting.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with producing, editing and promoting high-quality video content

Managing and maintaining our social media accounts, including creating lead generators, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.



Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential clients, speaking opportunities, and collaboration opportunities.

Collaborating in the development and creation of lead generation and marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract new clients.

Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence.

Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on our emails, social media channels and website.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, social media, and online marketing.

Qualifications:

Flexible, adaptable and collaborative personality

Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Proficient in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and providing principles with timely updates



Passion for personal development, motivation, and positive change.

Experience in client prospecting, research, or sales is a plus.

Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Descript, Bigvu and other tools is a plus.

Availability to attend virtual meetings, events, and deadlines when needed
