General Assistant - Duties/Job Description
Imagine yourself as the key player in our sales team, connecting with potential leads that include vendors, property managers, developers, and residents. Your role goes beyond traditional sales calls; it's about building relationships and creating opportunities that elevate our service standards.
Conduct engaging sales calls to cultivate strong connections with our target audience.
Update and manage leads efficiently using Google spreadsheets, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Build and nurture a pipeline of leads, maintaining consistent follow-up and engagement strategies.
Schedule appointments for our CEO with potential clients and partners, showcasing our dedication and professionalism.
Collaborate in preparing compelling materials and presentations for meetings and pitches, highlighting the unique value proposition of ASST.
Manage the CEO's calendar with precision, ensuring seamless scheduling and optimal time management.
Preferred Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
100% fluent in English Speaking
At least 2 years of sales experience, with a knack for cold calling and appointment setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
Proficiency in Google spreadsheets and Gmail, with a strong grasp of digital tools.
Knowledge of the real estate or concierge service industry is advantageous but not mandatory; we value a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Hours:
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Pay Rate/Negotiable:
We offer a competitive starting rate of $500 per month, with potential for bonuses or commissions based on performance.
