Description

The job consists of two things:



1. Book-Keeping in a german plattform called Lex-Office for multiple companies:



You will receive pdf documents and have to upload them into a webbased program where the websites AI fills them out, you double check it.



2. General Microsoft-Tasks



You will receive percise information based on which you slightly modify german templates using the program word.



You will be asked to copy numbers from spreadsheets into an excel sheet.





! Good understanding of the german language will be needed !



The companies act in the field of gastronomy and real estate. No real background knowledge needed as we will provide templates and everything that is needed to fill them up. Your work will be backed by german experts and very well explained by us using videos/photos.



You will need:



- Good Wifi connection

- Solid working device

- phone number to be added into a whatsapp chat

- being able to receive emails



You will get:

- 3€/hour payment

- approx 20h/week of work (a few hours each day)

- rather flexible working hours

- opportunity for a lot more work within our family and friends, 20h / week are the minimum we hire for this position

- all necessary logins and templates

- constant help if anything is unclear :)
