Job Summary:

We seek a Legal Assistant who exhibits high standards, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines, and has a strong focus on timely and results-oriented delivery.



Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, including contracts, due diligence reports, and closing documents.

Conduct legal research and analysis on matters pertaining to M&A activities in the USA.

Manage and organize documentation and files related to M&A transactions.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth progress of M&A processes.

Support the legal team in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience as a paralegal assistant or legal secretary, preferably in mergers and acquisitions.

Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be detail-oriented, diligent, and a self-starter.

High communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
