Position Title: Marketing Coordinator



Mission: To orchestrate and execute impactful marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence and connect with our audiences, harnessing innovation, teamwork, and data analysis to fuel our company's growth and success.



Key Outcomes

- Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring a minimum of 3 campaigns per week for each channel, complete with detailed plans one month ahead and high-level plans extending up to three months

- Collaborate with the marketing team to guarantee timely and consistent execution of regular marketing campaigns across diverse channels

- Prepare for B2B trade shows such as High Point Market and Las Vegas Market, completing all necessary preparations at least two weeks prior to the deadline

- Generate 4-5 inventive marketing concepts weekly for potential inclusion in the marketing calendar, with an expectation of adding 2-3 ideas

- Drive the acquisition of 30 trade applications per week through targeted marketing efforts to encourage the submission of applications

- Produce a thorough weekly competitive research report, covering competitor activities and emerging trends



Other Regular Responsibilities

- Utilize data and research to evaluate campaign performance, identifying key insights and providing actionable recommendations

- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of marketing assets (both internal as well as from competitors), such as graphics, promotional materials, and social media posts, ensuring easy access for the marketing team

- Assist the Marketing Director with various marketing-related tasks as needed



Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on executing marketing campaigns and coordinating marketing efforts, preferably in a similar industry

- Proven track record of managing marketing calendars, coordinating events, and meeting campaign objectives

- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital and traditional platforms

- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics software

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

- Solid analytical skills, with experience in using data and research to drive insights and inform marketing strategies

- A creative thinker, capable of generating innovative marketing ideas and contributing to the overall marketing strategy

- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to support the Marketing Director in miscellaneous tasks as needed
